By accessing and using Studio AI ("the Service"), operated by PioneerBio ("we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Studio AI provides an advanced image analysis platform that enables users to:

  • Annotate and label images
  • Train and deploy machine learning models
  • Collaborate on projects with team members
  • Manage and organize research data

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration: To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

4. User Content and Data

4.1 Ownership: You retain all rights to the images, annotations, and data you upload to the Service ("User Content").

4.2 License to Us: By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

4.3 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and use it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Share your account credentials with third parties

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights: The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by PioneerBio and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Rights: Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal research and business purposes.

7. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR)

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by email.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9.2 Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9.3 Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

10.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

10.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any other legitimate reason with reasonable notice.

10.3 Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11.1 Governing Law: These terms are governed by Swedish law.

11.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
